Our Shipping Policy

Your order will usually be shipped within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order. Within Australia, your order should arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

There may be special times of the year, such as Mothers Day and Christmas, when the postal service is very busy. At these times of year, shipping may take longer.

International customers please note: we cannot guarantee a specific shipping time for overseas parcels, as this is dependent on the postal service in the receiving country. If you are concerned regarding the timely and safe delivery of your parcel you should consider selecting the Registered Post option below. This service costs an additional $10 per parcel. Please note that if parcel tracking is available to your country we will provide a Pack & Track service.

Our Returns Policy

All products can be returned for a full refund minus shipping and credit card processing costs within 30 days of receiving your product provided the product is unused and in original, unopened packaging. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns.

Credit card processing costs are generally 6% of your order total. If you are only returning part of your order, the credit card processing fee will be 6% of the returned items value plus shipping costs.

Our Pricing & Description Policy

We do our best to check for errors. Our product descriptions are as accurate as possible, however, we can not guarantee that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product ordered is not as described, you may return it in unused condition for a refund.

In the case that a product has been mispriced (through a typographical error), we will notify you and inform you of the actual price the product should have been marked via phone or email.
